Laboratory Zero: introduces a new era of food performances. Molecular gastronomy; a sub discipline of food science that transform physical and chemical of ingredients that occur in cooking. The inspiration is comparing two professionals' work-space; scientist's laboratory and chef's kitchen. The translucent of glass create visual public and acoustic private. The simplicity materials form clean, sharp and cutting-edge space.
